Summary

The world of Oran, a world filled with things of the unseen, created long ago by the Ancient One, a God that made the world in his image.

When it came time to fill the world with life, he filled the world with all manners of life from the smallest of animals to the greatest of dragons.

However, all these creations pale in comparison to the Ancient One’s greatest creation. A being who could choose their own fate and forge their own decisions in life.

Thus the first of Man was born.

And to help the first of Man to forge their own path in this world, the Ancient One gave Man a truly powerful gift.

The power to create, to shape their very surroundings to their image.

They were thus called The Makers, powerful beings of Man who can break the rules of reality and shape their very surroundings to their image.

Thus as time passed, the first of the Makers pasted down their gifts to generations after generations. Some used their gifts for the good of others, others eventually used their gifts to further their own nefarious goals.

Eventually, a war like no other broke out between the Makers. Nearly bringing out the total destruction of the Ancient One’s work.

Fortunately, those on the side of good won but at a terrible cost.

The very lands were fractured and divided, entire civilizations destroyed, and countless lives lost.

But most importantly, the Makers, once countless in numbers, are brought to near extinction.

And yet despite these losses, Man still continue to war and fight amongst themselves. Where Man used to work as one, now forever fractured.

Now in the present, there are three known Makers, three kingdoms, three realms, in constant warfare with one another. Each vying for control over the fate of their world.

The first is the Kingdom of Avalon, said to be the very first kingdom of Man since the War of the Makers. The kingdom is led by High Queen Selena Hedrich the Third, the Maker of Metal, boasting a powerful army, upholds tradition above all else, seeded with corrupt nobility, stagnation and her iron rule of law.

The second is the Coven of Drall, a dark and corrupted kingdom devoid seemingly of both light and life. The Coven is the ultimate enemy of the Kingdom of Avalon, led by High Lord Drall the Maker of Flesh. The lands are forever corrupted by chemical and industrial pollution, it’s populous under strict slave-like trade, and the Coven’s pursuit for advancement is ever growing.

The third and last kingdom is the Kingdom of the Toy Maker, a rising power that emerged recently to challenge both the Kingdom of Avalon and the Coven of Drall. The kingdom is led by Toy Maker Mary Lamb, the Maker of Toys. The kingdom, once a single city, once a utopia of peace, once filled with happiness, suddenly found themselves thrust into a gruesome war between two overwhelming forces with no other choice but to fight back.

These three realms of Oran, these three kingdoms, each led by the last of the Makers, are warring for their own aspiring reasons.

The first, Maker of Metal, wars to reunite all of Man once more, to bring law and order to Man as the Makers of the past once did.

The second, Maker of Flesh, wars to perfect Man, to advance and evolve beyond their mortal boundaries as the Makers of the past sought to do.

The third, Maker of Toys, wars to bring peace to Man, to end all wars and suffering as the Makers of the past once upheld.

Now after years of war and conflict, the three Makers of their respective realms meet on the field of battle. The full force of their armies is brought to bear to fight one last battle, to ultimately decide the fate of Oran and Man once and for all.

However, as the battle is well underway, as the three Makers duel for supremacy, a sudden explosion of light engulfs the entire battlefield, sending all three armies and the Makers into another realm. A realm filled with magic and creatures never before seen on Oran.

The fourth realm. The realm of Equestria.

Background

The story first takes place on the world of Oran, a fantasy like world where there are three separate kingdoms that are at war with one another for many years.

These kingdoms are the Kingdom of Avalon, the Coven of Drall and the Kingdom of the Toy Maker.

Eventually, their war came at a climax when all three kingdoms gathered their full forces and met in one final battle that will decide the fate of all of Oran and that of Mankind.

Meanwhile, at the same time in Equestria, Princess Twilight Sparkle is experimenting with Starlight on a new portal spell in order to teach and showcase their students at the Academy about the multi-dimension theory, something to catch their student’s interest into magic (and to see if they befriend someone from another dimension).

However, as Twilight and Starlight test out the new spell, they inadvertently interfered with the battle between the three kingdoms and virtually teleported the entire armies of the three kingdoms right into Ponyville.

Since it all happened in a flash, the armies of Avalon, Coven, and Toys kept on fighting, turning Ponyville into a war zone and killing many of Ponyville’s residents in the crossfire.

During the chaos of battle, Twilight and friends managed to alert Celestia and Luna to the situation, once both Monarchs arrived they forcefully ended the battle in a show of god-like power.

This immediately caught the attention of the Makers. Soon after much discussion each of the Makers realized they were sent to another realm away from their own and thus were “politely” asked (by Celestia) into creating a shaky truce between each of the armies.

Now Equestria has to deal with three large and terribly frightening armies with decades of hate and animosity between one another. Can Twilight and friends do this?

The Makers

Each of these kingdoms as stated above are lead by a Maker, a powerful magic user who has the ability to make and shape any object they desire so long as they:

A) Know how to make said object from scratch (e.g: the step by step of making a steel sword from materials to forging it).
B) Have the mana/mental capacity to make said item.
C) Time as more complex creations takes hours to complete.

So long as a Maker has these two in check, then they are free to make whatever they wish seemingly out of thin air. They can also use powerful mediums to enhance their skills to various levels.

Each of the three Makers is special because not only can they create whatever they wish but also imbue a form of life into their very own creations. This leads to their very armies being made up of living constructs that fight for them and defend their territories, but there are stark differences between each of the different factions.

Armies of the three Realms

The Kingdom of Avalon

The first realm is the Kingdom of Avalon led by Serena Hedrich, High Queen of the Kingdom and titled as the Maker of Metal.

Her kingdom’s army is made up of entirely of magical constructs of living armor. From the basic Foot infantry to the towering Colossus, each created with complex magical weavings networks that give them life as the higher tier units have much more complex weaving to the point of giving them true sentience and magical abilities of their own.

The armored constructs of the armies of Avalon have stood the test of time and remained unchanged for many centuries, defending their vast territories for just as long against the kingdom’s most hated enemies. Their armor and weaponry are considered the best on Oran, as it has been tested against the armies of the other realm’s time and time again.

The Coven of Drall

The second realm is the Coven of Drall led by Drall, High Lord of the coven and titled as the Maker of Flesh.

Drall’s army is a stark contrast to the kingdom of Avalon, where Avalon uses complex constructs the Coven’s armies is entirely made up of humans or vat-born clones who were taken, experimented on, and transformed into hideous, mindless amalgamation of flesh and metal to fill their ranks. Each of the Coven’s creations is more horrible than the last, a sick amalgamation and experimentation of grafting and combining flesh with that of metal and inducing numerous chemical drug enhancements, all for the sake of their ultimate goal of perfecting Man.

From the lowly mindless Thralls to the horrifying Hell Abomination, each individual minion of Drall’s army has no identity of their own and are churned out in large numbers from the Coven’s numerous factories to face against the Coven’s enemies. Yet the Coven isn’t beyond using chemical and other equally as horrifying weaponry from their labs onto the battlefield, each with their own terrifying results.

The Kingdom of the Toy Maker

The third realm is the Kingdom of the Toy Maker led by Mary Lamb, Toy Maker of the kingdom and titled the Maker of Toys.

Mary’s army at first glance seems unconventional, almost comical. Like the Kingdom of Avalon Mary’s army is made up entirely of magical living constructs in the form of known children toys.

From the resolute Toy Soldiers to the fearsome flying Toy Dagon, one should not be fooled by their appearance, where the armies of the Toy Maker lacks in the elite martial capabilities of the armored constructs of Avalon or the vast numbers of the mindless minions of the armies of the Coven, they easily make up for it by employing special black powder weaponry and robust toy constructs that fight on the frontlines.

All the toys within the Toy Maker’s army are created and given life from the numerous toy factories within the capital city of Toy Land, though a recent rising power it’s introduction into the war implemented the Toy Maker and her armies as a dangerous adversary and not to be ever underestimated.

OC Characters

Serena Hedrich

Serena can be described by those around her as a cold, seemingly heartless woman with a conviction made of steel. Her very demeanor and presence intimidates those of weak will and commands the respect of those around her. This helps greatly with weeding out those she considers too weak of will to carry out what needs to be done or those corrupt and seek to manipulate her for their own purposes.

She is considered a young beauty amongst her court, only in her early twenties and thus has drawn many aspiring suitors from various Noble households. However, Selena has proven time and time again that she can lead her people and their armies against all those who seek to seek to destroy all that they have built and have scared off, fought off (in some cases killed) all her suitors and those who dared to treat her like some naïve princess.

As High Queen of Avalon, Selena’s words are law, constantly making decisions on behalf of her people without hesitation or an ounce of regret, whether or not those decisions condemn a small innocent few for the betterment of the entire kingdom. Selena also solely believes that through honored tradition, order and her Law of Steel all of Man can once again unite as one and prosper.

Though she is the High Queen of her kingdom, Selena is a warrior at heart and a skilled Maker and would often lead her armies into battle at the front against her most hated enemies. Through these battles, Selena grew as a genius battlefield tactician and skilled warrior and Maker of the highest caliber.

Drall

Drall like those within his Coven was once human. Centuries ago he was once a man named Drace Hedrich, Prince of Avalon and third in line for the throne.

However, due to his ideals of changing and breaking the traditionalist ideals of the Kingdom’s norms, Drace was soon betrayed by those he trusted most and was left for dead. However, he was saved and brought back to life by members of a secret Coven who used a well-preserved heart of a Maker and their knowledge to mold flesh and bone to revive Drace, turning the once dead Prince into a living, breathing Maker.

With this new found power and cold hatred against the kingdom of Avalon, Drace forsakes his name and took up the name of the previous owner of the heart that beats in his chest, Drall.

After many years of planning and gathering power for the Coven he now leads, Drall unleashed his minions and horrifying experiments against the Kingdom of Avalon, taking a large swath of land and territory for the Coven of Drall.

Through countless surgeries and numerous experimentations done upon his very own body, Drall has lived a life far beyond any normal man should have lived as he is no longer considered human.

Through this long life Drall’s never-ending quest for knowledge to change and advance Man has turned him into a frightening Maker of Flesh. His vast knowledge over flesh and bone is second to none, his surgical ability to mold and create Thralls and other horrifying experiments seemingly out of thin air can be attributed to such knowledge as the Maker of Flesh.

Not only that but his ability as a battlefield commander showcases the extent of his inhuman change. He willingly throws bodies against his enemies and employs inhumane weapons without remorse or a hint of hesitation, his ability to simultaneously control and direct his armies and experiments is the bane of all those who dared faced against him.

Drall leads the Coven of his most devoted followers, the Coven, in turn, listens to his every command no matter how inhumane his orders are. Both Drall and his Coven could care less about the morality of mortals, human life is but a meager currency to them and a potential foundation for further experiments

Overall, throughout the decades Drall turned into an emotionless, pragmatic, and merciless Maker of Flesh with a vast library of knowledge at his disposal. The only hint of emotion he now so rarely exhibits is his cold hatred and disgust towards the Kingdom of Avalon and the small amount of annoyance and intrigue towards the forces of the Toy Maker.

Mary Lamb

Mary Lamb is the Maker of Toys for her people and leads her armies against the warring realms of Avalon and the Coven.

However, Mary’s story is filled with loss and grief of a peace once shattered.

Mary Lamb was the young granddaughter of the city’s Toy Maker, an old but kind Maker of Toys. Mary would help her grandfather to create many toys in the city’s only Toy Shop for the children of Toy Land and to bring smiles and friendship to any of the peaceful residents of Toy Land.

However, this peace was soon shattered when an army from Avalon came to garrison the city against the Coven threat.

At first Mary’s grandfather and her friends of Toyland greeted the army with open arms and friendly smiles, but as the weeks past the general who led the Avalon army strong-armed her Grandfather and the residents of Toyland to proved unreasonable amounts of resources for the general’s “war efforts” and high tax established by the Kingdom of Avalon.

Under the General’s rule, Mary saw many of her friends, both toys that she helped bring to life and people she grew up with, were brutally executed by the General’s soldiers as they enforced their kingdom’s Law of Steel whenever a resident of Toyland did not pay their dues.

Both Mary and her Grandfather were horrified at the tyranny of not only the General but the kingdom he represents. However, they could do nothing against the General, he had a powerful army while the denizens of Toyland never comprehended the concept of violence.

However, that all changed when the Coven of Drall attacked. With horrifying monsters and overwhelming numbers, Toy Land was turned into a war zone as many of the residents fell victim to the onslaught of the Coven.

Mary’s Grandfather too fell, trying desperately to protect those he loved.

With death just moments away, Mary’s Grandfather invoked the words of magical power to transfer his power as a Maker to his only successor. Mary.

With his final breath, Mary’s Grandfather told Mary to search underneath the Toy Shop. There she would find something that will keep the residents of Toy Land safe.

Mary did as her Grandfather wished and soon found an entire army of Toy Soldiers, all newly made, freshly painted and armed with muskets and cannons.

Invoking the magical power of the Maker, the assembly of Toy Soldiers whirred to life and soon marched out of the Toy Shop.

With the sudden appearance of the Toy Soldiers, the Soldiers soon devastated the Coven’s army attacking Toy Land as well as forced the tyrannical General and what’s left of his army at gunpoint out of Toy Land.

After that day Mary’s perception of the world changed, she now sees the cruel reality of the other kingdoms and their war. Mary knew she cannot stand by and watch idly as this war continues if she wants to regain the peace that was once lost then as a Maker she took up the mantle of bringing peace to all of Man by ending the war once and for all.

Mary Lamb, once a kind and friendly face of Toy Land, is now a benevolent Maker of Toys who seeks to establish true peace for all of Man.

While those of the other realms call her goals naïve, Mary remains undeterred. She saw and lived in a time of true peace and harmony, if it can be achieved with her people then she will bring that same peace to the rest of Man.

Conclusion

What do you readers think? This is a work in progress as everything above that is not MLP is from my own original ideas with some elements inspired by other franchises and little crossover elements.

Anyways I will develop more of this story later on and may give a more in-depth look into each of the different factions I have created.

Also here is a gist of what each faction is like:

Avalon: Knights, living armor and old tradition.

The Coven: Mindless Thralls, large numbers, chem/steampunk grafted monstrosities, the pursuit of knowledge and advancement.

Toy Maker: Army of literal toys, peace shattered, seeks true peace through war.

So leave a comment what you readers think about all this or any questions you all may have.
