I've been a bit under the weather since Trotcon, but feeling better now.
This weekend I need to work on putting together some poni stuff for my niece (she's up here for her birthday), and my inability to do basic things makes that a bit difficult. So I may be delayed a few days on the Trotcon retro and the other long post I still really really want to share with y'all.
To head off any possible confusion, I've added a clarification to TEEE's story page and a note at the top of the chapter explaining that TEEE was not written using LLM generative AI (the story actually predates this technology by several years).

How's the special K working for you? I didn't get any of the hallucinations you described, but the re-wiring/thinking about thinking stuff sounded exactly right.
Worked wonders for me. I should be re-starting my home-use K on Monday. Have definitely missed it.

They're not hallucinations exactly. It's more like intense imagination. You might feel like you're made of paper one moment, and another moment imagine an expanding grid of squares filling up whatever you were thinking about previously.
The treatments have been remarkably effective. They're not as effective as ECT, but based on my previous attempt with K, the benefits will undoubtedly persist much longer.
