Lost Clip (otherwise titled: I'm going crazy)

Hello there. I am losing my mind. Perhaps you can help me find it?

There's a particular clip of fan-created pony content that I distinctly remember, but for the life of me can't find. It was short, probably less that a minute, with pony clips played over the audio from a radio commercial from GTA 5. The audio was about the "Vindication Angel Curse Buster BC" (a device to censor basically everything from your TV) and in the short they redid the logo so it was something like Angel Bunny on a stop sign.

I could have sworn it was in one of the Anthologies, but I just binge-watched them all to try and find it and I just can't. It's driving me mad!

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
