Who's Flipper Choco exactly? (Original Character Sheet) (UPDATING)

So Flipper Choco's an original character made from the My Little Pony franchise, under the Power Ponies sub-universe. Of course, I've been busy trying to map out his personality, but it seems I can't put his overall appearance on a base. Not every OC has to start with a female one, right? ^_^

Mane Color/Style/length: White with yellow highlights, styled as braided to follow his body shape, 4 inches high and 5.8 inches long

Body Color: Black (with Unicorn horn as White)

Likes: Very attractive female ponies (often gets his mind in the gutter)

Dislikes: Getting too much attention

Strengths: Finding the little things, Technician-Detective-Eye Of The Law (Because of the Complex Cutie Mark he has)

Weaknesses: Still updating this spot
