Yes but what this society fails to do is have an active way of non-verbal communication which is a big problem should they be discovered by other races, not every race is quite as peaceful as ponies and they risk being stomped on. I think if they had an alternate way of speech then that message would work better. Like they all ahd sign language or something, with the fact they have no alternate speech method this would be a big problem
