I have chapter 42 all written up and ready to go... but it's an absolutely pointless chapter. In retrospect, what happens in it actually hinders Pharynx's already established development, and it doesn't really add anything meaningful or substantial to the story. It's mostly useless fluff. So I am going to axe it entirely and start over on it. This means it's probably gonna be another few days before I bring you guys the next chapter, as a lot of my time is suddenly being eaten up by a fairly time-consuming side project. Writing the script for a possible audio drama I might do later down the road. I won't share details now as it is still a VERY iffy prospect.

don't you hate that you work on a chapter go back to proof it and you relays it is just not any good or is just reviewing or hurts the story over all.
the team i work with has had this happen a few times but such is life.
