Within the next hour, my newest fic is going to go up on FIMfiction. Considering the lengthy hiatus between now and my last submission, I've decided to call this the start of a "new era". I gotta shake away some dust bunnies and sweep out some cobwebs (read: redo my homepage again and make it all nice), but I'm happy to be back in the saddle and writing consistently, and I can't wait to share the fruits of that labor with you guys.
One of the things that are gonna be indicative of the "new era" are going to include these new teasers. They will probably have a touch more warning than within an hour before the fic goes up, but I am a huge fan of the "expand dong" meme and I think I'm pretty good at it, and it makes for excellent (and quickly made!) clopfic teaser material. I'm also planning on having regular writing check-in blogs where I talk about my own writing as well as notable stuff that I've read that I think you guys should check out. I don't wanna make too many promises, but I also know that without making any commitments that I probably won't end up doing anything, so let's just say that these check-ins will occur once or twice a month. These check-ins will have broad criteria, including fics that have been recommended to me, fics that I've been going through to wittle down my read later, and fics that I just think are the damn best stuff in this fandom.
So hit me up with your story suggestions! Don't be afraid to shamelessly self-promote. And even if it's not something that I include in a check-in blog, I'll still leave a comment if you post it here. I'll see you guys sometime next week for the start of these Sett Checks! A sett, in case you're curious, is the den in which a badger lives, so it's kinda like a lil' gag there or somethin' lol idk.
