Unexpected Gifts More Precious Than Silver or Gold from Illya Leonov

To my great surprise and pleasure, I received an email from Illya Leonov, stating the following:

For those who may not know, this story is a part of the Cadance of Cloudsdale series by Skywriter, a wonderful jaunt through the world of the Alicorn of Love, from her ignoble beginnings to her ascent into the City-State of Cloudsdale. Well worth your time.

As an aside, this is actually the *second* audioreading that has spawned off my dragon-writing, since The Lazy Dragon of Dragonvale was a chip off this block, back when I was musing over how a dragon ‘harvested’ pony cities and left enough ‘seed’ gold behind to keep it working for the next harvest, read by Jake the Army Guy.

Maybe I should write more dragons.
