Greetings, everyone!
This has been a very busy week for me in real life, so I haven't had as many open blocks of time to write. However, I did finish my rewriting of chapter 8, "The Moon Princess". I put it to my development team for editing, and there was just one issue I'm going to have to deal with.
For those of you who write, have you ever found yourself providing a rather large piece of text that has good content in it but makes the story just "stop" in the reader's mind while they take in those details? I had this in chapter 8. So I'm going to redo that part in an effort to train myself how to handle details in a way that doesn't derail the story's pacing. As a result, I will not be posting chapter 8 today, but it should be coming out sometime early next week. My weekends are always too busy IRL to get much stuff done, so most of my writing time is Monday - Friday.
With that out of the way, there's someone on the team who wasn't bogged down with real life stuff. BDK has produced the final page of the "dream warden" sequence in the comic. The whole dream thing turned out considerably better than I could have expected when I wrote it. I'm quite pleased to show this off for you guys.
