The Process · 2:19am Jul 12th, 2018
One of my best friends likes to say "it's a process."
A lot of things are.
Sometimes things seem to happen all at once.
But really, there were a lot of events that led up to it.
A lot of those may seem small, unrelated, and pointless. Maybe their relation seems a bit vague.
But, one thing causes another.
Writing is a big process, and the events that happen in the story are also a process.
Each book leads up to the next. And each time, the creative process goes through it's ups and downs. Right now I'm in the writing zone for the next book. But I have had to go through times where I'm not sure where the story will go and how to make everything fit. However, writing it out, and processing through, no matter how long it takes, the end will make sense and be worth it.
That's the idea.
Admittedly, sometimes I get very tired of my own works. I want to trash them all and probably burn them if in paper. Just start fresh. Maybe that'd be a good idea, but I still keep it just so I'd have something to show for my previous effort.
But unfortunately, that's how it is sometimes.
You have a bad day, and you just wish you can scrap it and have a different day instead. Everything goes wrong. Nothing goes as planned. Nothing seems satisfactory.
But we still can grow from those days too.
Because, mistakes happen.
I'm still proud of my books though. ^-^
Everything is coming together. And will come together before the end.
I'm thankful for all my readers. :)
I've had a rough year.
[Mainly because I can't go to BronyCon. Mockingly and really regretting that I can't go... Tabitha!! *sobbing*]
But I've also had a good year.
[I got my special somepony!]
I've got a lot on my mind...but thankfully some of those have been more story ideas!
But, just, thank you. <3
