    New Chapter

The latest chapter of Taking Back Canterlot is now available.

Next one will hopefully be done within a week.

And after that... well, after that, we’ll see if Twilight’s determination to wage a revolution without a war is even possible, as the Rainbooms finally set their sights on the first gang on their list.

This Sunday, in the continuing tradition of Whiplash Weekends, we shall be returning to the arid and semi-welcoming landscape of Mars. Specifically, the corporate demonic energy harvesting base that can be found on Mars. :trixieshiftright:

Hmmm....

Okay, I know this will shock everyone because it almost never happens, but I think I made a mistake. :raritywink:

Looking over everything I have written and laid out for Exiles, I took the “Dark” tag off. Granted, there will be dark moments here and there, but that really isn’t what the story is about.

Which in and of itself is no big deal, but I hate to think I might have turned off prospective readers unnecessarily.

Maybe I should remove the “Gore” tag as well. Is blood gore? Are broken bones gore? is the word “gore” gore? Are prehistoric Shub-Niggurath buffets where Yog-Sothoth pole-dances to the tune of idiot flute players gore?

*sigh* I am not good at categorization.

Henceforth, I will probably use the labels as little as possible, and people can just chill, I think.

I think this is probably a no-win situation. The definition of terms is a difficult task, and it's impossible to get people to agree on certain definitions. I'd suggest you go with your own terms and limitations, and then maybe put an aside explaining your reasoning in the long description.
