Almost 5 years ago I started on a journey. I didn't know where it was going or if I would ever finish. Along the way I met some amazing people who encouraged me to keep going. I met people who wanted to help me reach the end. I met patient and were willing to give me a chance and became interested in seeing what comes next. I was sad it was over, but happy that I took the journey in the first place.

With the fifth anniversary of Mother Celestia, I've been trying to come up with something special. I couldn't think of another way to take the story, I didn't think the story still had enough interest to do a Q&A (but you can always send me questions and I will be happy to answer them). In the end, I decided to do something a little (not by much) different.

A new story

The story is not a "what if" to Mother Celestia. It's not a re-write. It's not the same story from a different point of view. I wanted to take the story in a completely new direction with a completely new character. Golden Shield wouldn't fit here, but I hope the new character taking his place will fill the role. Celestia will still be a major part of the story, but she's not a princess in this story. Instead, she will be a principal.

That's all I'm going to share for now. I am aiming for the story to be released on the fifth anniversary of Mother Celestia.

Thank you for being so patient and waiting for over a year. I am planning to either continue or finish up some of my other stories soon, but I really want to work on this project right now.
