    Surgical Ping Pong

    Jan 15th surgery - post op complications, out on 16th
    Jan 18th - Post op infection, back in the hospital - out on Sat the 20th
    Jan 30th - alergic reaction to the antibiotics, back in the hospital till sunday the 4th.

    So I'm home again... they figure its going to be a MONTH before the surgical area fully heals. but at least i can try and get some writing done again.

    For those wondering

    I was just getting back into writing but on the 8th of may, I went to a doctors appointment. Everything was fine, feeling great, just a check up. Got home, that night I'm off to the hospital in an ambulance. Turns out, I have/had a kidney infection that caused kidney stones. since then i've been on some really nice meds, including painkillers that hit me pretty hard when i use them.

well, i got some writing done, next chapter of velvet nightfall is off to the editor. Next is work on snails and gothem knights again.

My birthday today, and given how down i'm feeling i should be able to get some more writing done. On the flip side i'm officially healed from the surgery. wounds fully closed. now they are doing ct scans and trying to decide if i need another surgery. LOL.

LOL, nope, it didn't. My case worker was supposed to take me out for coffee but i went into heat shock. Almost passed out, my bp dropped so low i lost my sight for a minute or two. So that was lifes birthday gift to me :)
