Hi. It's me.
I'm going to get to the point; I think I'm losing my way in writing.
Truth be told, that's one of the reasons why I can't update on a daily basis, I just can't write. Back then, I remember writing 5k-9k words in a matter of hours and post new chapters weekly. Now? I can only write 5k-1k in an hour and post chapters 2-3 weeks each. I do have limitless ideas, but the problem is that once I hit the power button on my laptop and open up Word, it slowly fades away. For instance, I've planned the plot for my recent story Metanoia from beginning to end, memorizing every plot point, twists, deaths, etc.
At this point, "Wub" Me Like You Do is also abandoned. I wanna write chapters for it again, I really do, but the fact that I get hindered in writing stop me from doing so. It's kinda depressing, not being able to write properly.
Maybe because I've lost my way? Or maybe its because school has worn me out that I can't focus on writing anymore. Is it the distractions? It probably is. Even so, I still can't write if I put away the distractions.
Anyway, I do apologize for not updating on a regular basis.
To whoever had time to read this, I need some advice on how to get back to writing again.

Maybe you just need a break then from writing, work, everything. Take a week off to just...do whatever the fuck you feel like doing.

What I do when I hit snags, which I do often enough, I kinda do other shit for awhile so I don't get burnt out. Work keeps me busy and so does social obligations, but just doing some other shit can get my brain back in the right place.
Another thing I do is I'll take a break from my serious stories and write something silly or stupid. I have two alt accounts where I just write weird or carefree stories that job my creativity a bit.
I go through that every day when I'm writing my story.
Try asking for help, I may not have a lot of time to work due to things IRL, but maybe I could lend a hand?
