Greetings, Fimfiction!

Hello FimFiction! This is definitely new for me. I've watched MLP: FIM since about the time season 2 came out and it's been quite a ride. All this time, though, I never really felt the need to write fic about it. I was always attracted to shows that felt incomplete or things where there was a vast niche of unexplored potential. FIM seemed to explore most topics pretty thoroughly sooner or later, and I never go that obsessive spark for it that propelled me to spend several hundred thousand words on Invader Zim and Mystery Skull Animated. That being said, I love the look of the community here and I'm curious if I can try my hand at writing MLP stories even without that obsessive, driving spark. Perhaps there are niches to be explored and I haven't looked hard enough. I've tried my hand at a oneshot as a warmup (Tattletale Princess), to see if I have what it takes to delve into a slightly longer fic. I think it worked out better than I thought it would, and I look forward to trying my hand at longer stories almost as much as I look forward to finding new works to binge.
