IN WHICH IT IS FINISHED
So the last bossa nova video I linked, I discovered, was taken down. Shame. Here's another: one of my favourites
"Águas de Março" is an amazing song. It's also nearly impossible to translate. Anyway…
I'm going to keep this short. Legitimately. I just wanted to let you know that Sci-Twi Analyzes A Burrito is completed, on the site, and ready to go live whenever I feel like publishing it. Probably tomorrow.
In addition, I've tweaked The Rejected some more in hopes that it lives up to my own high standards. The first chapter is already on this site ready to go… except I need to add and subtract words to satisfy my word-OCD.
Oh! And I just discovered that the pony from my Mayor Mare stories who I named "Raven" (after seeing fans name her that), is in fact canonically "Raven Inkwell", so I need to update the tag on a few of my fics -- I had tagged her as "Other" because I didn't know whether or not Raven had a canon name.
One more thing: Even though I haven't actually watched the show in about two years, I hear about things through the grapevine and I just want to say...
IT'S ABOUT FUCKING TIME SPIKE GOT WINGS. I agree with the complaint that it should have happened sooner, but at least it finally happened. I haven't actually seen the episode yet, but I doubt it's anything like the fairly gruesome scene from Haibane Renmei where Rakka's angel wings sprout.
Please watch that anime if you get the chance. You won't be disappointed. It's one of my faves. Wel'p, that's all for tonight.
Peace out!

Heh. No. That one is Laura Brehm's "IMLAY", and I think it counts as Electronica.
A couple months ago, I posted Astrud Gilberto's "I Haven't Got Anything Better To Do", but the video has since been made unavailable. {checks archive} …it was CCXLI, back on March 23rd, only about the third music I linked.
It's basically puberty.

I'm well aware of that. And it's still about fucking time!
(cutie marks are, or at least started out as, a similar analogy, as we all know)
