Warp Drive System

Electricity identifies as a plasma. The warp nacelles work by pushing warp PLASMA through a series of Veternium Cortenide coils, creating a static feild that can be easily manipulated. Magnets create a static feild that can be channelled depending on if it has electricity passing through it or not. So, if you make the coils in the warp nacelles out of magnets rather than Veternium Cortenide, you pass the electricity through them, you are passing plasma through them and, in esscence, creating, 1. and electromagnetic purpulsion system. and 2. a particle accellerator big enough and powerful enough to drive a ship. this is doing 1 of 2 of if youre lucky, both things for your starship 1.retiring the use of fuel components, thus making more room for storage of supplies for vast journeys through deep space. and/or 2. giving your ship the ability to travel at-, near-, or just over- light speeds. Now, the question should be asked how to generate electricity for the electromagnets. what i suppose we could use is a nuclear reactor. the reason why i suppose we could use this is because an aircraft carrier, for say, the enterprise, that uses a nuclear reactor can run for 20 years without refeuling. thus, reducing the fuel components further.
