I ... I can't believe it, Really I can't. Can't go back was a bit freaky in it's own right, but then came A Pale Pink rose.
You know, so many people got spoiled through those leaks that had come out recently. But NONE of them prepared anyone for ... well this. It was "A Pale Pink Rose" that got to me. The very end of it confirmed so ... so much. So many theories came up and I ... Oh, I feel so psyched right now, you have no idea. I'll just say it.
Pink diamond is Steven's Mom! They ACTUALLY said that Pink Diamond. The one in charge of Earth. The one who was thought shattered so long by this Rose Quartz. And Pearl ... OH GOD THIS IS A LOT TO TAKE IN. This opens up the show in an entirely different way, really it does. I thought long and hard, and made up enough theories on my own, including them in my own works. but now with this, I'm ... I'm speechless. Simply speechless. Pearl didn't shatter her after all, Pink Diamond ... love Earth. She loves us. and she hid herself under Rose Quartz this whole time.
I gotta lot to think about my own story but ... but ... Oh Steven Universe, I SIMPLY LOVE YOU! NEVER CHANGE!

I just saw it. My theory from all the way when I was first introduced to the show was proven right; right there with the whole "PD's pretending to be Rose Quartz and eventually becomes the mask" theory I made. Gleði fyllir formið mitt með heifti, hræðilegustu og ógnvekjandi.

A lot of people who predicted that rose quarts was pink dimond are problably running around yelling,"I was right!!!" to random people.

*giggle* I see Pink Diamond's got us all shocked here. This is probably the biggest thing since we've first even saw the Diamond's themselves way back when. Pink Diamond's officially my favorite Gem now, don't know about you guys. You know, I think they've deliberately threw us a red herring with that introduction back on the Jungle Moon.
We all saw her (sorta), acting so ... different. She acted so childish, so much like a brat, NOTHING like Rose Quartz at all. And the stories that Garnet had told the Off-Colors painted her so much like a normal Diamond afterwards in terms of treatment. Sounds like the Crewniverse got this in to lead us a different way before finally getting this out. I'm seeing fanworks of this new version pop up everywhere before this came up, and seeing this revelation is just made even more shocking after seeing these things.
... This show's so clever.

I think that on jungle moon Pink was much younger, much younger. She had time to grow up. Perhaps she grew up on Earth and fell in love with that world as she did.

Yeah. That was...that was something alright. I kinda had a hunch when I was a week behind the internet and it started exploding with thumbnails on pink, but seeing it in person still...well, it does something to ya. Also it does make your story officially true speculative AU now, but perhaps that's for the best. It means you MUST be more creative now, because you're working off a base that's different from what's "official".
