Alright, that might be overegging it considering I haven't been here long enough to establish an update schedule beyond "sporadic". But hey, I've finished my big computer science project, finished my big history essay, nearly finished my big speech, and am probably not totally unprepared for tomorrow's physics exam. So... I should be able to update Growing Painssooner rather than later, hopefully within the week.
This particular chapter has been giving me issues. I know where I want the chapter to go, but I'm having difficulty getting it there. The fact that this is the "big date" chapter is a bit of trouble because... well, I don't do dates. Certainly not at big fancy restaurants. I lack the romance in my soul and the cash in my wallet. Therefore, I've been playing it by ear a little, and it's working so far. I think. Totally unrelated note, I'm looking for proofreaders/editors/beta readers/ whatever the term is. I can't afford to pay anything, but I can proofread/edit/beta in return. Interested parties, comment below.
Well, while I haven't been making much headway on the current chapter, I have got about half of the rest of the story finished, which is nice. I've also been playing with an idea for The Lost Crusades, a sort of rewrite of 'One Bad Apple'. I've not really been working on Friendship 101: Final Exam either. Something I have been working on is the planned Dr. Whooves crossover, and I've gotta say, it's really coming together. That's one thing that ought to be on time, provided I can get all the exposition finished beforehand.
