Progress Update

Hi, everyone! Requiem here. Been a while. Again. My bad.

I've been distracted from writing on here lately. Haven't really made a whole lot of progress on anything (What Lies Within or other ((possibly going to be scrapped)) projects) lately. College work/classes and other real life things have been my main focus for some time, as they're... well, to be blunt: more important. I know, shocking.

But!

I did want you all to know that I have spent a good couple of hours clackin' away at the keyboard, so the new chapter is lookin' a bit like this at the moment: so that's... something.

(They're always named pretty similarly until about five minutes before I hit that "Publish" button, if you were wondering.)

It's probably going to be kind of long, but that's not necessarily a bad thing? Or a good thing. It's the first Duel in which I'll be going into the Link mechanic as heavily as I am, as Braeburn's Rokket Deck is pretty reliant on the Summoning method and its boss monsters all have that blue background that everyone seems to love to hate. I'll be honest and say that now that I've been playing with Links more, I kind of adore the mechanic! It'll be better when more are released so they're more versatile and more decks can make effective use of them, but they're still really cool!

Basically; if you hate them, now's the time to quietly bow out.
