Migration begins: Chapters 01 and 02 posted · 4:00pm Apr 15th, 2018
Hey, all. This is a pretty significant change I'd like to grab everyone's attention for.
The time has finally come to retire the original story (reverting its contents and name to how it was when I first published) and continue forward, posting new or rewritten chapters via a special forum dedicated to the project.
Many of you have already joined this group forum, which I've repurposed to be the host of Black Feather. The group's description explains what is going on, so I won't go into those details here.
For now, I'd just like to ask that everyone getting this blog post in their feed please join this group, which will be where the story lives for a while during development.
To kick things off, I've posted the first two chapters of the rewrite. Induction and Aftermath. These would be the events of the old prologue, greatly enhanced in detail. These two chapters are available right now for everyone to read.
What's next? I'm currently working on chapter 3 (Of Friends and Nightmares), which needs an overhaul but probably not a full rewrite.
