Working on retail and tech support for five years now has giving me some background so this episode hit close for me. It is intimidating - much more than some would say. You will be pulling stupid stunts and saying weird stuff to satisfy or circle-around the customer. Personas do emerge specially when uniforms are involved, and if you're not careful they will take over even off-shift. One of the scariest things I've experienced is finding myself as high-and-mighty and above my customers. When this happens one starts treating customers horribly. Yes, the customer is not always right; but the associate/agent/rep/specialist/technician is not above them and should not treat customers like that, regardless of how high their knowledge is - or how good are they in pulling stuff out their bum in a jiffy. Has Flutters done improv before?

Over the years Flutters has grown on me over the years and this episodes places her my favourite, next to Shimmy and Glimmy. She is the one that most closely resembles me in many ways - even with the constant resets that the writers give her.
On a side note, the dress that Rarity made at the end is pretty neat; squamata and laminata are Classic! Glad to see some love for the Mediterranean roots of the Pegasi. Also, darling, Rari-bear, what kind of stupid move was that?! You threw her straight into the fire!! I don't know if that dress makes up for what you did.
