Hey everyone. So its been forever, I know. I was just looking over some documents on my google drive and came across the unfinished IFL sequel, and then all the notes. I know I kinda just left it for 2 years, but would anyone be interested if I continued? I feel like writing it again. I really want to finish it. I really want to show you what I wrote in my notes.
I still love pony, but don't have as much time now for fan things. With season 8 upon us I really can't even say if we have found out any more about this enigmatic little pink princess's past (or Celestia and Luna's) then from the season 2 finale where she was introduced. If it weren't for Twilight's ascension, and that one chapter book saying she was a pegasus turned alicorn... IFL could even have been canon. Heh. I even thought up a way to integrate crystal ponies cuz I was bored one day. I mean come on, she had an alicorn baby! How? Why? Shouldn't that mean either Cadance or even Shining Armor were born or related to an actual alicorn... if that even exists? Would this show ever explain anything to us, seriously?
Anyway, give me a comment or shout or something if you wanna hear more. Got a keyboard for my ipad so i wouldn't have to drag my laptop around to write it either.
PS, 'Becoming a Princess' had only a few chapters left... It was supposed to be a bridge between a more darker continuation. If I can finish the current one and there is a demand for it I'd continue with the next part.
yes the silly, only-Twily and Cadance-tumblr is still running. Never really introduced the story to it though. She doesn't like it

I think it would be wonderful to see more to the story. Need a proof reader/editor?
I would be glad to see it finished, even if it is just a dump of the notes.

This blog was a pleasant surprise as well, I'm glad to see you're still present. I recall enjoying your fanfic back when I had only just joined the fandom.
Well everyone, it looks like there's interest so I did some work on it today. The new ipad keyboard really made me feel like I could work anywhere instead of my completely out of order notes in notebooks, (you should see these things- completely disorganized) so I hope I can write alot on my random breaks at work for you all.
So thanks for the amazing support even though I abandoned you all! I'm so happy to have an audience still. And its great to hear from Skywriter who has probably been keeping you all supplied with amazing Cadance lore too. I really recommend the Cadance of Cloudsdale series by him as a much better written, edited and complete series about who Princess Cadance is or could be one day. I have read much of the stories, but shy away in case I accidentally pull content from them into my own, (its a concern for any Cadance story for me really) and I would hate to do that even by mistake
Anyway, I hope I can have something soon. I am adding all new content to this missing chapter that got me stuck in the first place, so I probably will need an editor too. I'll give a shout when I'm near done.

Yes for the love of God please continue. IFL was the first story i ever read concerning Cadance and Shining Armor getting together. I would love to continue reading the sequel!
