Hello everyone! Preview of a story I am still working on, and request for feedback. · 6:45pm Oct 24th, 2012
Oh hello. First off, I want to say that everything on this end is going well, minus some internet bumps do to our ISP improving the lines (on the plus side, the net is faster when it is up!) I am currently having to restart work on P.D. Pie's next chapter, as I just found out I lost well over 6,000 words by not saving to my dropbox properly last night. =( I use my dropbox as a way to share my stories in rtf format, but I usually drag and drop it in there, and when I save on my machine it saves there.
Apparently, I did something wrong, as I found I had an older version in the dropbox had OVERWRITTEN the one I had on my PC! AHHH! Lesson learned, Always have two to three back ups!
Anyways, to those who follow and watch me, I have a favor to ask. I wrote a tragic story about two OCs that I would like to invite some people to give feedback on. I feel it is too short for a story I wish to tell, but I can't figure out where to expand out the story without making it feel redundant. It is a first person account of witnessing a friend and lover die, and I really liked how the premise started. I just feel it could use more something. As I know most of you are watching for the comedies, this isn't required of anyone, just if you'd like, please feel free to read the story: Here, and leave feedback if you do so..
Quick note, THAT story is a replacement for the Baltimare trip of Fluttershy and Rainbow as a similar story was going to play out (well, modified, as it would have been Gilda *doing something related to the story I linked above*, and Fluttershy there to support her. I just... couldn't do that story with my two favorite of the Mane six...
In other news, I now have an artist being commissioned to draw out little Blitzen, trying to find someone to do Awkuwa the way I wish, and will have Zed and Silhouette drawn too, if I can negotiate this trade!
Interesting premice, though normally, I do not follow stories that mainly revolve an OC or multiple of. Unfortunately, there is no chapters with the story posted that I could see as of yet, so I cannot give any more feedback currently.
I am interested enough that I shall wish to read this once you have a chapter posted.

Bah! I knew I forgot a step. The chapter should be up now. I used OCs as the relationship define is untraditional, and had I used Fluttershy and Rainbow, to be honest, it would not have worked. I thank you for letting me know it wasn't posted.
That said, I fully understand why some don't like a purely OC based story, so thus why I warned people, and let them know. I tried to balance the build up of romance a bit (which upon viewing does need a little more work), and then the news of the tragedy comes after while the main character is away.
I hope the preview is a success, as I am more than willing to expand in areas that need to be.
