What you probably thought, is wrong. When I think Lust, I think desire, which comes in many forms. A desire for power, a desire for recognition, even a desire for deeper bonds. One who is afflicted with Lust simply can't stop wanting. With this in mind, even if she seems mostly satisfied these days, I assign the last of the Seven Deadly Sins... to Sunset Shimmer.

What would Discord's be, I wonder? Lust? He does desire Chaos and I don't think he actually regrets what he did in the Season 2 Premiere, if he even can.

Discord is a mixture of two. Yes, Lust, as you said. But also the reason for his desire for attention, is Envy of those with what he did not have; mainly, friends.
