Music SIG Likes #68 :: The Dead South · 1:32am Feb 25th, 2018

Some bluegrass-folk music courtesy of Canada this time around. Features blisteringly fast banjo (is there any other kind?) which counterpoints lead singer Nate Hilt's rather raspy voice quite well. Quite nice if you are into that sort of thing.

Ah, sweet! Bluegrass is a fun genre of music to dance to, to drink to and just have fun all around.

Me personally, I get a kick out of this song, lol

Me personally, I get a kick out of this song,

(in the event that the 3 Grey Dots of Sadness and Disappointment strike, the song is "Tennessee Border No. 2" by Homer and Jethro)

Homer and Jethro certainly have a great sense of humour ("Ladies and gentlemen, due to circumstances beyond our control, the next act showed up."). I will have to share this at $WORK; a lot of my fellow pallet pushers, tray tamers, and mail managers really enjoy this sort of music. Thanks for the song!
