There's a certain hilarity to this...

For those of you following my Xenoverse blog...

I replayed the Legendary Super Saiyan PQ at least ten times trying to get this skill.

Literally the first time I played the game on my new PS4, there it is.

My brother played that PQ several times on our Xbox 360 until he got that too, he pretty much spammed his training just to get that skill

Kinoa stood in front of the original Super Saiyan, smirking smugly, arms crossed across her chest.

"What's so funny?" Goku growled.

The female Saiyan just chuckled, "Oh nothing, just this whole situation really, you see, Son Goku," she flashed him a grin that promised great pain. "You're not dealing with the average Saiyan warrior anymore."

"And just what's that supposed to mean?" queried the sole other living Saiyan in this time period.

Kinoa chuckled darkly, "Well, allow me to show you." she widened her stance, took a deep breath, and a roar of power erupted from her throat, the ground trembling beneath her, winds picking up into a gale force storm, the Time Patroller's power surging, higher and higher, much to Goku's alarm, and then, to his utter shock, with one final scream, Kinoa's hair turned brilliant golden, and her eyes turned ice cold teal.

"How's this for an answer?" she asked, eyes glinting, after all this time, returning to this moment, over and over again, she had obtained the power of the Super Saiyan of legend. And it felt fucking great.

They all but outright admired the drop rates for certain skills were broken.

I’m also glad that Ultimate Finishes no longer trigger randomly.

Are skills earned at random or something?
And is it a good skill?

"Is it a good skill" tells me you don't even know DBZ at all. :P

TL;DR: If you're playing as a Saiyan, there are two ways to obtain the skill to transform into a Super Saiyan:
- Wait until you clear the Android and Cell Sagas in the story and you can buy it in the skill shop.
- Replay the Parallel Quest "Legendary Super Saiyan" over and over until you earn it as a clear reward, where it's a random drop with an abysmal drop rate.

Let's face it, that was the game's way of telling you it was time to upgrade your hardware.

Good thing I don't have that problem with mine. I'd go mental if I had to replace my system so soon after getting the PS4 I have now.

Congrats on the unlock. I'd say you've more than earned it. The worst I ever had to grind for was the x20 Kaiõken.
