OK, so I have a few questions for all you people here on Fimfiction, because this honestly makes me die inside whenever I see it: Why is it people believe Doctor Whooves, the parody of the Time Traveler from BBC's hit TV show, is actually THE Doctor? You have no idea how many fan-comics I have found where Doctor Whooves is the Doctor, and it's getting on my nerves, mainly because I'm an anti-brony, but that's beside the point. Isn't it very clear already that these two are not the same? First off: the Doctor is a genius with a time traveling box whereas Doctor Whooves...fireproof fireworks? Who thought that was a good idea? Second, isn't the pony's name "Time Turner"? If that were the case, then first off, then it might make him even more of a Doctor Who MLP, but one thing: the doctor's name is a secret! No one is supposed to know it. And even if we know what the Doctor's name is, it surely isn't "Time Turner". It wouldn't blend in very well! Third, DOCTOR WHOOVES IS NOT PLAYED BY DAVID TENNANT! He's not Canadian enough to be in MLP. He's too Scottish for that (And yes, I know that Discord is played by an American, but the point is that MLP is a Canadian show)!
That's all I got for a rant.
There's also the fact that Hasbro doesn't own the Doctor Who character and therefore they can't have him in the show.
The fandom doesn't give a fuck whatsoever though. So this shit happens.

Plus I bet Hasbro ran the character by the BBC so they could avoid any legal trouble. I say Time Turner's similar enough to the Doctor in some ways.

Makes sense. I heard that there was a 15% difference law so that if a character was 15% different than another character, then it'd be totally legal.
