Chapter 4 is out, thankfully. Sorry once more about the wait, but who isn't busy? Also, I was quite taken with an idea for another story; a five-chapter (planned, at least) first-person story starring Rarity, alongside Pinkie. So some of my time has been going to writing that. I can't say when it'll be finished, but I just thought I'd let you know.
