This story is inspired by the Warhammer 40k, Halo, Your Human and You-verse, Fullmetal Alchemist, Star Wars, etcetera. The thing is like many other story, the OC is a simple ordinary person who was chosen by fate, after all why does fate choose anyone at all.
The reason that he is doing what he was doing is because he is a big fan of human supremacy since playing many games and seen movies about human defeating aliens and monsters and comes victorious.
I also want to get three things out of the way
One this story is taking lower priority compared to my other stories so don't take it seriously, this story is just there to kill my time as I work on other projects. This story dosen't need to be perfect or flawless.
Two this story is made just for the hell of it. It really should not be taken too seriously as the OC character I created is overpowered as hell. Also I found some other YHAY stories dosen't follow it's origin too, about humans being stupids as rocks, some of them contains humans that can talk and think so I need that for this story to work.
Three the reason for the enslavement of humanity will be revealed later on in some other chapter since I need time to come up with a few bright ideas. As for the OC character to be the God-Emperor of the Holy Human Empire is merely a parody of the Emperor of Mankind who rule the Imperium of Mankind thus alot of things here will be differently. Don't like any of that don't read, this is a story for those people who just want to read something different.
As for where the nanites come form. They come from the Power Lottery thing. There were no explanation where it comes from so if it says that the main character have nanites and an A.I. for it, then it is clear about the God-Emperor's nanites and his A.I.
As for this story's Space Marine creation, they are brought to existence the same way the Homunculus from Fullmetal Alchemist, Clone Troopers from Star Wars and the original Space Marines from Warhammer 40K came to existence. = With the combination of Amestris alchemy and magical conjuration the creation starts with a human transmutation that the main character use with the support of his Mage Lord magic so that he won't suffer the damage that can be caused by alchemy's equivalent exchange to create male and female Homunculus. He used his genie magic to create the human body ingredients then combine the creation with alchemy and genie magic to complete the first step.
The second step is where his nanites and their A.I. are put to use. From Star Wars, the cloning technology is created by the emperor's memories and the nanite work. That's were first space marine chapters is put into production using genes from the Homunculus. Once created the clones are modified to hit their prime and all their training and education is crammed into a short period of time.
Like the clones from star wars, the God-Emperor has impanted his own biochips into the brains of every space marine embryo past stage three of development. It is designed to both keep them from being overly independent and aggressive, but it's true purpose is to fuel the imperial cult religion and the indoctrination and education of the space marine inside the clones minds. That way when a human or more turns against their emperor the space marines will forever be devoted to him.
The second change about the OC character's Space Marines is their main weapon. It will be combination of both Bolt weapon and DC-17m Interchangeable Weapon System (DC-17m ICWS). It shoot the same ammo as the bolt weapons and have the same artful appearance but it has the function and the multiple combat roles of the DC-17m ICWS. Making the Space Marines extra deadly.
Aside from the OC character's Artificial life creation and his Mage lord magic, the rest is nanotechnology.
P.S. The Space Marines are filled with both men and women who were created from scientific engineering using genes from the Emperor.
