I just wanted to put out there that all this leaked season 8 season 9 and Generation 5 is about to drive me crazy.
Truthfully, I loved the days that I had to wait another week to see the next episode. But yes, I guilty of "peeking ahead".
But this Generation 5 stuff! I don't know what to think. My wife has never liked me being in to MLP:FIM. To tell the truth, if what I have read and seen on Equestria Daily, I don't think I will like it. Talking about being more diverse? WTF? I can't see the voice actor, so I don't really know if she is white, black or purple with little pink spots! There the ponies are of four races living together in harmony. And coat color, even more diverse.
And to Twilight a Earth Pony, Fluttershy a Unicorn, Pinkie a Pegasi! My head can't grasp that.
There is a small chance that there is someone out there who has perpetrated an elaborate hoax. But I an sure that if this is true, then there will be the loss of some fan base.
Perhaps Gen 5 will be a show for little girls....
Actually, Gen5's target audience is older. More along the lines of Teens and young adults.

True. But targeting an older audience means they can do things they can't do now. Like actually stating in show that some lesbians ARE lesbians. I mean right now, since is still a kids show, they can only say they are "good friends" like Bon Bon with Lyra and Vinyl with Octavia
Can show more action/semi violence as well. Dont get me wrong, the battle with Tirek and the Crystal War timeline were awesome, but really short. They can do more and longer fights with an older audience.....hopefullly not DBZ long where there fight only happens after like 5 episodes of nothing but banter and screaming lol

Amen to that DBZ reference, could you imagine? But as to the rest, well I have my reservations and to tell the truth to see Twilight as an Earth Pony. Well we will see.
