I oft ponder to myself if these updates I do help any, but I realise that even should people not reply to them with voice their views are also a kind of voice. Least this is the hopeful theory I like the sound of. To this end, I did plan to do this blog post at the start of the new year but things delayed it. Given the serious amount of thinking I've dedicated to this and the lack of objections I haven't got. When January ends DMM will see its resurrection. I don't really see the first time I posted this story as a rewrite. I suppose it isn't really an incarnation. It had one chapter to begin with and was mainly me testing out my idea concept. It didn't really go so well and I refined it a little better before carrying it on. From there it got to where it is and I am very happy and proud of her for what she became, as such, I feel it's only right I give her this. I'm remoulding DMM with its current components into a form I can be even more proud of, a storyline you can keep track of and a backstory to give reason/relate to the characters journey. I want to tell DMM better than before, I want it to make sense to me and others, I want to improve how I did certain things in the fic. My passion is telling stories and I want to breathe that into a fic I love so much. I'll still welcome and greatly encourage any voiced concerns or worries about the rewrite. Either in a comment here or a pm, I really want feedback to be able to improve her as much as possible. I will warn everyone now, it'll feel quite different. I'm taking a new route, but it flows with the story, some relationships will be changed, but I wanted the world to feel right rather than look at something and be like... "Does this logically and really make sense to you?", I had that at points with this version. I hope you'll all follow over and give this new version a chance, I know I will.
