Yep, I'm writing a new Call of Duty story, completely new set in the Modern Warfare series. So yes, boots on the ground. No futuristic shit.
It's called ABOVE THE CALL, and it's set after MW3's ending. It will feature the full Task Force 141 (Price, Soap, Yuri Allen, Ghost, Roach, and Team Metal) going to Equestria as a bombing and assault occurs at the Grand Galloping Gala. The 141 eliminate the threat, but get marked as the attackers. Now on the run throughout Equestria, Twilight and the Mane 6 try to find out who sanctioned it and track down the 141, whose mysterious message has left Twilight puzzled.
Meanwhile, a nwly-promoted Frost and his new squadmates, Ramirez, Dunn, and Foley learn of a Russian quantum-physics lab under construction in Eastern Russia. They assault the facility with Russian support and discover a second Mirror Portal, while Sunset Shimmer is kidnapped by unknown assailants from Canterlot, Massachusetts.
The three paths cross when a new threat rises in both worlds.
