SOMA SPOILERS (For the game)
So I've been watching a let's play of SOMA to re-familiarise myself with parts of the world, and I forgot just how annoying Simon is. Maybe it's just his VA or the attitude of the character, but it just seems like he's not taking anything seriously and refuses to acknowledge anything that's happening around him. Instead he just gets angry and yells a lot.
I could understand it at the start when he's pulled out of his life and has no idea what's going on or why everything's gone to hell. But by the end of the game it's like he just hasn't changed at all. He's still angry and confused. Literally the final scene is him yelling about how he doesn't understand what's already been told to him in logs and by Catherine herself again and again. The player understands how it all works by the end so why not Simon? The character we're playing as. It's exceptionally frustrating.
Anyway, got a few new ideas from the whole experience that should be fun to include in later chapters of Soma Psychi Mageia. It also reminded me to include something in the next chapter that will be more important later on. I'd almost forgotten about it.
So should we expect more Rarity yelling?
