A Hunting I Will Go · 1:49am Oct 19th, 2012
Well as i predicted, the next chapter of WMHB is taking longer than average. Not for lack of trying of course, but It's really hard to his a groove and keep it for any length of time when you are working roughly 12 hours a day. Also I take naps after I get home to account for the fact that i currently need to get up at 4am. On the bright side, I'm starting a new work shift starting Monday next week that is noon to 9pm, so maybe I'll have have more time to write then.
Fig. 1: Ah, sweet Nirvana
Currently I'm about 2/3 of the was through the current chapter which I think I reveal is a Dusk Shine chapter. However I'm not going to have ANY time this weekend to write as I'm going deer hunting up at my folks house. Just so you guys know my schedule starting at bedtime tonight goes like this...
wake up at 4am for work tomorrow - work from 6am to 3pm - rush to the train station to catch train that leaves at 4:45 - get to folks house 10:30 - wake up next morning 4am - hike my out-of-shape ass up and down the mountain till 11am - come home for a break then go back out at 3pm and more hiking till dark - repeat the next day until I get a deer.

Luckily I'm a pretty good shot, I fairly optimistic about my chances. (also ^ dat pic^ ... dam! who knew Sniper Twilight could be so hot?) anyway, the long and short of it is that I am hoping to get the next chapter out late next week at the earliest, but probably sometime the week after. In the mean time I'm going to enjoy the great outdoors and start adjusting my sleep schedule to my new work schedule. Pro tip: one of these things is more fun than the other!
Fig 3: Sleep deprivation is a cruel mistress.
Well, that's about it for now. Wish me luck over the weekend.
Peace!
