First, foremost, and definitely not compelled by any post-hypnotics implanted by certain ferrets when they edit my stories, Lise Eclaire has decided to take the recursion of Equestrian Fanfiction, her story of familiar ponies posting in the forums of a humanfiction site, to the next level. She's opened a contest for fics set in that universe, with details here and fabulous prizes up for grabs. Submission deadline in December 30th.
Secondly, I updated Getting the Band Back Together early this morning. Mr. Discord and Sonata have officially begun their road trip.
And on the topic of me writing things that are actually more than a kiloword long, my chapter of the Alicorn Amulet collab I mentioned a while back went up about two hours ago at time of posting this blog. If for some reason you were specifically waiting to read my installment of that ongoing saga, you can now go check it out. Three guesses who my chapter features, and the first two don't count.
