Good news everybody! My Lightning Dust story is finished and will be posting it after the cover art is done. After that I will be working on my Sisters story. FINALLY
Now, I know about the book that says that Scootaloo lives with her lesbian aunt. I will be ignoring this for two reasons. 1: that is only semi official and 2: I have been waiting years to write this story.

When you tag a story for a blog, the blog should be at least partially about the tagged story. When you abuse tagging like this, you make people less interested in tracking/bookshelving your stories.
I'm glad you have plans and feel like blogging about them. But this has become spam due to your story tagging. Since I'm here and you've basically forced the issue, I guess I ought to give my solicited responses.
I personally don't care about Lightning Dust. So a story about her doesn't interest me.
I am at least mildly interested in Scootaloo. Your intent to write her in one way or another doesn't really interest me. Especially if it is related to your Lightning Dust story. I won't be reading it, so write her however you please. Warning me about your intent isn't really welcome.
As for "official storybooks" that isn't how canon works. It doesn't matter what is written in them. They aren't canon until the powers that be declare them such. The show staff officially stating something is or isn't canon to the series is all that matters.
You decide which episodes, movies, comics, or books are canon to your own fanfic when you write them. Nothing about canon for the series matters for that.
I have no idea why you felt the need to declare that you intend to write your story the way you want. Are you often told you have to do things a certain way?
What does any of this have to do with "The Thousand Year Change?"
