Here's my thought on what the mane six's sexuality's are. What makes sense, because of they're personalities, and maybe romantic interests they've had in the show.
Twilight: Pansexual
RD: Bisexual
Rarity: Straight
Shy: Lesbian (Closeted)
AJ: Straight
Pinkie: Asexual
Twilight's reason: I think Twilight would be pansexual, because of her love for everyone and all her friends. She is the Princess of Friendship, and it would make sense that she could fall in love with someone regardless of their gender identity.
RD: Shown in her tomboyish personality, being rebellious, and the theories that she could be a lesbian fit to her being bisexual. I just think it makes sense for her, and as of why I say bisexual instead of gay is when she met Wind Rider. You could see a blush on her face, and she seemed nervous. Again in Newbie Dash, we see when she acts as Rarity, and flirts a bit with Soarin. She obviously has some interest in stallions, but also mares.
Rarity: I think it's quite obvious. She obviously seemed to only be interested in guys. I can't see her liking girls, with her high class appearance. Even if she did like mare's, she would try and hide it. It would ruin her public appearance.
Shy: Fluttershy, I think is a lesbian. She is very shy, shows no real romantic interest in any pony, she hides it and covers it all up. She's too afraid to tell others, I thought it would make sense to mention that she would be closeted.
AJ: I just think she's straight. It just makes sense, but I can see her also pushing any love interest's away. She cares too much about her work and family. I really can't see her dating a mare.
Pinkie: Why is Pinkie asexual? People would argue with me about that because they ship her with Cheese, or RD, or something. But I don't think that would really work out. Pinkie is friends with EVERYPONY. She loves her friends and cares so much about their happiness. I can't even see Pinkie ever being romantically interested in anyone. Friends are good enough for her.
