Did anyone actually ask for this?

So apparently Playtonic is remastering Yooka-Laylee.

Who asked for this? Who thought this was a good idea?

    A few things, Playtonic:

    1. This game is only seven years old.

Will try and get an update or two out soon, but...

...These next two weeks at work are going to be stressful as hell.

I just have to say one thing, just to get it off my chest.

If any of my readers are private health inspectors with standards higher than local laws, I just have this to say:

    That is all.

    Good night.

    Tell Your Tale: P + P = BFFs

This week, we've got a... Somewhat touching Posey episode?

Think this would benefit from a longer runtime. I also laughed harder than necessary at Izzy in the very beginning.

After the Battlefront 2 Beta... · 11:08pm Oct 12th, 2017

...I'm confident that the price of a new game needs to go up to $90.

And here's what we get in exchange.

NO loot crates
NO non-cosmetic microtransactions
NO Season Passes
NO "Shortcut" bundles
TWO YEARS of post-launch month-to-month support at no extra charge

Multiplayer gaming, and in some rare cases single player gaming, has been poisoned by these gambling systems. It's gotten to the point where I'm about to cast off all multiplayer gaming.

Fuck you, DICE. I'll watch the Battlefront 2 campaign on YouTube, and you'll get NOTHING from me, and I'll continue with Titanfall 2 into Year Two.

What do you think of Shadow of Mordollars locking off the game's true ending until you either grind for 40+ hours to get loot boxes or just buying the true ending in the Market?

Fuck Shadows of Mordor!

4696094
Yeah, fuck that too!

Can't say I agree. I'd rather pay just $60 and ignore micro-transactions than have to slap down a Franklin any time a game catches my interest.

Honestly, considering how long games have been about the same price (I remember my old cartridge games being around $50-60), and how much more development costs go into them now days, I'm not surprised they're trying to find ways to squeeze more money out of us.

You know, loot crates in free to play games never bother me, but in cases like this... well I hope people stop buying them soon so we can stop getting games with them in them.

Exactly why games need to be adjusted for inflation so publishers stop with the fucking bullshit.

I'd rather pay the normal price of 60$ 90s too much for some people, honestly sick and tired of these greedy companies, It needs to stay at 60$ or 30$

It has been $60 for more than a decade. Which is exactly the reason we have this loot crate gambling bullshit.

I strongly disagree, $90 is way too expensive for a game.

There are a lot of great games for $20-30. Look at Steam, for example.

Taking payment for DLCs which add to an already complete game, is good. Selling DLCs that completes a game, is bullshit. Day One DLCs are always bad.

Correct DLCs make for great bundles as well.

Sorry for long comment, feel free to disagree. :unsuresweetie:
