4674583 Yeah, jokes aside, Yamcha is actually pretty cool and quite frankly badass , he just happens to get the wrong end of the stick a lot. I was even looking forward to seeing him in the ToP as a replacement for Buu. As cool as Frieza is, I'd have rathered seen Yamcha .

4674647 With Cell being my favorite villain, I have to agree, though it does make sense why they'd go with Frieza. Although, one could argue that Cell would be a greater fighter due to his Zenkai and regeneration.

The problem is that like, cell can sort of get outclassed. His regen does make it harder to kill him but like , even if he does get one zenkai it would be a miracle if it made as strong as buu saga fat buu

4674683 Good point. The only characters I can see giving him a zenkai that would put him at least at Buu's level would be one of the pride troopers (the weaker ones) or someone on Frost's level.

4675261 I think putting him at universal level is a bit much. Scaling from Piccolo, we can safely say he's around Imperfect Cell's Level who we know in his Super Perfect form claimed to be able to destroy the Solar System, but from Super Saiyan Goku who he could not match if I recall correctly, he's maybe around Good or Kid Buu's level - Super Buu at best. So from that, I'd put Frost at around Large Solar System level or so.
