I won't be updating Daughter of the night for a while. My grandpa is in the hospital and his kidneys are failing and his heart is only at 15%. He don't have much time left. They said he can go anytime now. I would like everyone to pray for my family. I really don't want to lose my grandpa.

Thanks my friend. They are giving him 6 month to a year left if he goes to a facility with 24/7 care. But he is stubborn and don't want to go. If he don't he will not make it very long.

There are those who would rather face the consequences than be in some care facility. My late mother-in-law let herself go because she didn't want to be on a c-pap machine. She had convinced herself that it was 'life support' and she said she didn't want to live if she had to be on life support. The doctors tried to tell her that she would get stronger and not need it, but her mind was set and she wouldn't listen.
So just love, care and support him and let him know that you are there for him.
