My mom's advice on bullying · 7:39am Aug 20th, 2017
So, my mom was just talking about planning for college and stuff, and at one point, bullying came up. Now, I've experienced very little, if any, bullying myself, but my sister definitely has.
So here's my mom's advice:
For basic name calling, minor things, ignore them.
Medium level things such as insults, sass them back.
Full-out fighting- defend yourself at all costs.
I didn't even know until today that my mom used to sass the boys in her middle school volleyball class. 'Nuff said.
Also, yes. It's currently 1:37 am, and we went from talking about how she wanted to buy back a house she had to sell in her early 20s due to a failed restaurant, to talking about college planning, to talking about bullying and sassing people.
You probably know which parent I get most of my personality from.

Ouch.
Ive had to deal with lots of sass so if you cant think of a good remark keep quiet...
Sounds like good advice
