When I die, I want Pop Goes the Weasel to play at my funeral. That way, as the assistant is winding the crank, the audience stares in horrified expectation at my casket!

    Procrastination Strikes Back!

As of reading this, what little amount of followers I have had, are probably fed up with waiting or gave up on ever seeing or reading Resident Crusader. I have always had horrible HORRIBLE with a capital F word issues with procrastination and time management are atrocious and borderline nonexistent. Below the break, I will tell you what is thus planned!

    New Chapters Soon

As soon as I manage to beat Resident Evil 7 and get a sense of motivation! I will soon get to work on the long awaited reboot of Resident Crusader. Some (maybe no one) of you may notice the now, no longer full Resident Evil template. I have decided to simply delete old chapters and get a sense of freshness involved in this story. Since I don't know how to block stories from public view, most of

    Long time No See

Soon, I will get to writing again and updating the stories I have ideas for. Some stories are still on indefinite hiatus either because I ran out of ideas or don't have enough comments. If you like a story enough, and want me to update anytime soon, you can help speed up that process by providing some love on said story. Below the break, you will have some ideas on what those ideas are!

This is a blog post in Celestia knows how long, but recently something pretty serious regarding my mother happened and I just needed to vent out of frustration

First off, my mother was arrested over the weekend over the serious crime of not paying a ticket regarding a broken taillight. Problem was, that earlier this same year (I forget the exact time, but I think it was February of this year or so) she paid it off. I went to the court to help her deal with it. Just to give her support even though there is really nothing I can do. Apparently, right afterwards, or sometime later they updated the system and the whole matter of her paying was gone, and the recorder (I have no idea the terms of this are. If anyone out there knows about this, then they can fill in the proper vernacular so I don't look crazy) was off, so no evidence of her paying it off.

So fast forward to this weekend, she is picking up a friend of mine that lives with my mother temporary (long story, different blog post, different time) and apparently drove past a cop and didn't slow down or stop (or whatever the new law regarding that is. I don't drive, I don't know the laws) so she stopped by King Soopers and then the cops come and arrest her. She, in disbelief and eating chocolate ice cream to boot asks why. So they are arresting her because there was a warrant out for her arrest because ticket wasn't paid. I don't know if she showed the cops the receipt for paying off the ticket... or what happened as I wasn't told.

They drive my 61 year old mother down to the station, book her, photo her, and she spends the night in jail after she called most of the people she knows trying to get help. Including me at my dad's house phone and dad's cell phone and not knowing who would call at a jail at 2:30 in the morning and my dad doesn't want to pay $10 to accept a call from someone he potentially doesn't know.

The cop according to her treats her like shit (I can imagine him acting like a jerk, I am not nosy and don't really want to ask what she went through) and she falls off the bed or cot and hurts herself and her blood pressure drastically increases due to feeling REALLY shitty and stressed. I may not know all there is to know about the law, but i really think she can sue for undue treatment and harassment over something she paid. It would be really shitty if she really doesn't have a case and the law doesn't work like that. She should still have the proof that she paid off the ticket or whatever.

I don't know why I am blogging, but i needed to vent. I ignored the phone call and while my mom doesn't really blame me just hearing what she went through gives me like all the guilt. It seems Hindsight Man really should be shot for being the worst superhero of all time. My dad gets ton of call spam and the one time it's serious, something like this happens and I feel so shitty. I mean what do you do, when you get told your mother gets arrested for something she already did and a filing glitch occurred. I am pretty close to my mother and it just makes me sick to my stomach that she went through that and is laughing it off as if it was nothing.

She tells me that you either laugh or cry at something like this but how the fuck do you laugh at something like this? This isn't something that you can just laugh off later. If anyone reads this, maybe they can have advice or I don't know something that I can do to help my mom. I don't know the whole story, I was just told the aftermath and I don't feel it wise to interview my mom about this just for clarification!

I'd hope she could somehow contact whoever was the ruling judge at the time. So she claims she paid for the ticket, depending on how it was actually paid for, they could also look through her bank records, I assume. As I do not have any legal experience, seeing as how I don't drive or have ever had any legal issues, I can't really offer any official advice.

It's slightly awkward in the sense I know a pitiful amount of the story. She paid with check but I have no idea if the check bounced.. cause again, I know so little and can only say from what I remember. I have terrible memory but who forgets a story like this. You could say the check bounced but without knowing the full story, it's guess work, which is meaningless. I don't really feel up to interrogating her for the full details. It makes one sick knowing someone you are close to went through something so shitty

4627468 I've known a few people that have gone through and done some truly terrible things, so I hope I can empathize, I also know that sometimes it's better to just brush things off and let a person be, them being a family member I personally would have trouble holding back from asking, so it's good of you to give her space on the matter.

I... apparently saw this two years late, but I hope that things got resolved!
