The entire council room at Canterlot Castle was in an uproar, nobles who once ruled the northlands came flooding into the city with news of constant rebellion spreading across the kingdom and ruling families defecting to the enemies side.
"These rebels must be dealt with!" One councilman shouted over the various arguments in the room.
"They've destroyed every army sent at them! We must seek peace!"
At that moment, Dainn Stonehoofs fury erupted as he slammed his fist on the table silencing everyone.
"NOO!! I am their king and they dare to stand against me?!? There will be no peace!!"
Epic.
I love that you keep giving us these chapter previews. They give, at least to me, a nice sneak peek of whats to come, as well as get me hyped for the next chapter.

Hey Valiant, just for fun and curiosity. Depending on what the story scenario is if there were another downfall fic based on the FOE Universe where it foccused on the liberation of the ponies from the caribou, what would you think of music like this being used for the main hero character and his allied soldiers when all hell breaks looks on the caribou as the soldiers tear them apart and free the innocent ponies?
Again, nothing to do with the story here, just thought I'd share this and see what you thought if it was fitting.

Figured it would go well with an escape scenario where if I did a fanfic on the ponies liberation from the caribou, then perhaps a scene where my character breaks in, rescues Celestia, and they escape together. Or who knows if it could make a good montage for all the action scenes? Lol
