I've started work on chapter 9. I'll put what I have of it so far in this blog post, but you don't have to read it if you want to avoid spoilers. Here you go!
Chapter 9 - Stable One
"Will you PLEASE stop scaring me like that?" I telepathically said to the Tree of Harmony. "It's getting really annoying."
"It's too funny! Hahahaha!" said the Element of Laughter.
"I totally agree with Laughter." said the Element of Loyalty. "It was just HILARIOUS the way you jumped when the Tree talked!"
"Magic, can you please keep these two under control?" said the Tree of Harmony.
"Gladly." said the Element of Magic.
"HA! You two are in BIG trouble." I said. I fell over into a fit of laughter. Since I wasn't concentrating on my magic, my sound-proof bubble vanished, causing everypony but Pinkie to look at me.
"What on Earth is that pony laughing about?" asked Twilight.
Once I stopped laughing, I slowly uncurled, and somehow made a G1 Transformer sound, like Pinkie did that one time in the Crystal Empire.
"I apologize for startling you." said the Tree of Harmony.
