Review #1: Mister Lonely Heart 2: What We Leave Behind · 4:59am Aug 3rd, 2017
Hey everypony, this is my first time reviewing something, so don't judge too harshly. Today's story is:

Well, this story was definitely original. It portrayed Big Mac in a very different light. I liked it a lot more than the first story, that's for sure. Let's talk about the plot first. The concept has definitely been done before, but the way it was done was very original. The basic plot is that AJ vents her feeling about her parent's deaths, and Mister Lonely Heart feels sorry for her. Then Big Mac comes by, and he reveals how much he hates his sister. Mister Lonely Heart sees Applejack around town afterward and feels sorry for her. Now, the plot twist comes around the middle of the story, and when I read it, I was absolutely shocked. Big Mac is a little OOC here, but it doesn't necessarily contradict the show. As for AJ, she is perfectly in character. The writing isn't that descriptive, but it works for the story. There are a few nods to Dr.Wolf, which is nice, and you can feel what Mister Lonely Heart is feeling. You want to do the same things as him, you feel the same uneasiness as him. I honestly have no complaint, other than the fact that I want more, which isn't even really a complaint. The story definitely fits with its genre, sad. And, while it didn't make me wanna cry in a corner, it made me feel the same way as I would after watching a Dr.Wolf therapy video. A little sad, a little empty, and a little peaceful. This story is definitely worth a read, even if you don't like sad stories. The themes are nice too. It talks about the pain of holding something in and feeling guilt that you shouldn't have to feel. It's very relatable, even the parts with Big Mac. I can't believe I'm saying this, but, this story is perfect.
My Rating: 10/10
Okay, that's a fair review.
I'm glad that you took the time to read my story and review it. Thanks very much!
