I Need Some Advice For My YouTube Channel · 10:00pm Aug 2nd, 2017
So on YouTube, I want to start doing some rants on various things.
I have an idea of what rants I want to do, but I would also like to hear suggestions on what rants my audience (you guys and such) would want to hear.
Any suggestions would be very much appreciated. :)
Also, I want to start making video game, anime, cartoon, manga, comic book, science fiction, fantasy, furry, steampunk, MLP crafts/ art projects on my channel (like tutorials and whatnot) and I want some suggestions on which video game, anime, cartoon, comic book, manga, etc. related crafts/ art projects/ clothes/ jewelry/ accessories you would like to see me make.
Again, any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Well, you can rant on the IDW MLP comics, but don't go overboard with the rant.
4621801 I like the MLP comics though. :P The only thing I could think of to rant about is how they refuse to put stuff from the comic in the show. <_<
You could do rants about different genres or types of fanfiction. I mean, troll fics, crack ships, self insertions, and displacement stories aren't just an mlp thing. Though, you could focus more on mlp stories.

You could also play devils advocate with things. Such as give blank number of reasons why blank ship would not work. You know, explain that a ship (say Derpy and Time Turner) is a popular ship, and why so many people like it, but how the ship actually wouldn't work.

you could flip it then. Take a crack ship, and give reasons that would prove it to work. Like I said, Devil's advocate. (that could be the name of the show if you want it.)

Try telling original stories, maybe? I mean, we're on a fanfiction site already, so it shouldn't be too hard to make something entirely original for a video.
Heck, the reason why I came up with my Lab Horse series (and by extension, Shattered Rainbow) was to work on my worldbuilding skills, in case if I wanted to try again at writing something completely original.
(The first time I did that, I ended up with Wielder of the Orb. I still cringe when I read through my handwritten drafts from early 7th grade.)

4622459 My only concern is that people might try to copy things I've written or something. I'm kind of paranoid about putting my best original stuff on the internet because people take original stuff all of the time. That's part of the reason why I am trying to establish myself a little but on YouTube in other areas for a while before I start posting more of my original stuff.
