Art is subjective. My writing is subjectively bad.

    At long last...

FInally my story 'A new Game' actually gets a new chapter. It's quite a small one, but important nonetheless. Featuring some main story points, and info about our villanous trio.

    Why? Just... why?

    Good news everyone!

The next chapter for my story is done! Or rather, it would be... IF I HADN'T FORGOTTEN TO BLOODY SAVE IT. I am just so annoyed with myself right now, I promise I'll double time it and get the chapter done by the weekend.

    Have a great day/night!

An Excerpt From A Dusty, Forgotten Tome · 1:41pm Jul 23rd, 2017

[As you move each of the wafer thin pages, you hear a crinkling noise. The pages are almost stuck together, this book has been left on its own for a long time]

"And now onto that most hallowed of subjects. Life after death. You must understand that such magical experiments are not in any way associated with the Institution, We, at the Institution wholeheartedly agree that necromancy is the most vile and distasteful of all the transfiguring arts. Yet there have been certain studies done by other, stand-alone groups. Most notably Blood-Duke Severek's High Court. We at the Institution have collated some of this information and have it stored only within this book, and it's two copies. If you are reading this and do not have the correct authorisation, please stop now.

We Will Know If You Continue.

[The script that appears next is clearly written by someone else. The paper almost appears to have been scratched into, rather than drawn upon.]

"When attempting to enchain a creature's soul to its mortal shell, Our Glorious Leader Blood-Duke Severek discovered that it is most helpfull if one is efficiente in both Soul and Darkness aspectes. Darkness to stop the body from succumbing to the natural order of decay, wasting the body away and then releasing the bound soul. and Soul to actually perform the binding ritual itself.

[Below, written in a crimson liquid, appears to be a detailed explanation on how to preserve a dead body magically and then use Soul magic to bind it's soul to the mortal plain. This creates a sentient, commandable undead horror. Rather than a simple shambling corpse that can't think for itself.]

"When the time came for this year's feast. Our Glorious Leader Blood-Duke Severek had command of over 20,000 reanimated corpses which, under his command, assisted with the carrying of food, tables, washing up and even displayed some remarkable skills in combat. Our Glorious Leader has truly created the most fearsome army this world has ever known.

In Death We Serve"

[You attempt to turn to the next page, yet find that the rest of the book has suffered from severe water damage. The pages are stuck together, and therefore unreadable.]

Every so often I'll release a blog like this. They shall serve as companions to my new story, (Which will hopefully release soon) displaying a bit of background lore.
