Sleep Deprivation II · 6:29am Jul 13th, 2017
I spoke the other day about my sleep deprivation causing me to see movement where there wasn't any.
Tonight, I've upgraded to hearing things.
I'm staring at my ceiling, trying to get some sleep, when I hear what sounds like a little girl. I know that sounds cliche, but I swear to Christ, I heard a child outside my room. I couldn't make out what she said, something about her mom, I think.
Time to watch MST3K until 9 in the morning instead of sleeping.
Oh... That sounds pleasant. Just the ghost of some poor little dead girl who died at the keyboard waiting for updates.
Nah, just kidding. Seriously, if you have insomnia that bad, it might be worth it to talk to a sleep doc about some sleeping pills.
You should seriously go to sleep. I don't know what you have/haven't tried, but melatonin is a good place to start. If that doesn't work, than you should talk to your doctor and see what they recommend. And honestly, not to sound like a parent, but turn off your screens, and turn off your lights, and do whatever else is generally conductive to sleep for you; whether that be listening to white-noise or creating as much silence as possible, do it. Sleep is very important.

My problem is that I can't sleep, not that I'm choosing not to, baka.

If you physically cannot get to sleep, you need to go to a drug store and get some over the counter sleep meds
Everybody else is recommending good ways to solve your problem...
I dunno, Smirnoff?
