Yep. Title says it all.
I realize I haven't posted on here in like... probably 6 months, give or take, now, and it's because I've almost entirely gone away from the brony community. It's not that I've outgrown the show or the characters or anything, I've just slowly grown further and further away from it due to life changing and other things taking precedence. The furry community is mostly what I've been involved in as of late, and honestly it's much easier to work with anthros while writing than it is actual ponies, which is something I've struggled with. I don't generally like the designs of anthro ponies, which is what has steered me away from them, but I enjoy anthro animals, which would be furries, because I can pretty much characterize them as though they were real people and substitute fewer words to make it seem correct.
Again, apologies for pretty much abandoning all of you guys. Equestrian Idiot is honestly one of my proudest works to date as far as ponies go and the actual writing goes, even though I haven't gotten very much done. I WILL be getting back to work on Equestrian Idiot at some point. It's either that or I rewrite the first two chapters with furry characters and toss it onto my DeviantART account as an additional work to make up for all of the ones that I cancelled over there, but I really have no idea where I want to go with it at this current moment in time. As I'm preparing for college, I find myself having a bit too much time on my hands but having a writer's block as well, which is unfortunate in its own right. But! We will see where it goes.
